Toccara is a Certified Labor Doula, Vaginal Steam Practitioner, Placenta Specialist and Certified Medical Assistant.  She has worked with Midwives and OB/GYN's for over 7 years. Trained Centering Pregnancy Facilitator.

 

Centering Pregnancy is a group prenatal program that provides patient family centered healthcare that supports the goals and objectives of the program, namely to reduce premature births, increase breastfeeding rates and empower mothers to be with the support of other pregnant peers.

 

She has been learning about herbs for over 5 years mixing making teas and tinctures for friends, family and clients. Women’s health has always been her focus using herbs to help with womb wellness which lead her to doing V-Steams also called womb baths, vaginal steams and bajos.
